HomeDAO is a 1-year residency for founders across all industries and founding stages. Members relocate to Oxford for 12 months to live with 19 other potential co-founders, and receive $350k investment so they can go all in.

Founders are characterised by intensity

We were created to help outliers finally have a place to call home, and make lifelong connections with the rare few they can call peers. This has produced $6bn worth of companies in just 2 years (as of Jan. ‘25). The value of the relationships formed along the way are impossible to price.

Become part of the New Society

To join, members must move to our Oxford HQ. We select people from any background: PhDs, undergrads, high-school dropouts, repeat and first time founders alike are all welcome. 

We don’t expect you to have decided firmly on exactly what you want to work on. Pre-formed teams and companies are considered but everyone is assessed as an individual on their own merits. If you would like to learn more, please read our FAQ doc.
